Bottle at home. Pours clear red with pinkish head. Aroma of cherries, effervescent powder, lemons, oak, dust. Taste sour with a little sweetness, thin bodied, medium to high carbonation. Very sour and slightly bitter finish, some astringency.

375ml bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. 2017 blend. Pours deep red/purple, with very fine pink foam. Aroma is intense of cherries, berries, barrel, a little vinegar. Body is just a little dense, with nice tickling carbonation and a marked astringency. Taste is markedly sour, with some acetic too, and a little sweetness in the final.

Bottle @ Dangerous Bottleshares, Bursprak Edition. Pours hazy dark red with a medium white head. Aroma has lots of funk, cheese, cherries, light marzipan, horseblanket. Taste has lots of cherries, acidic, funk, vinegar. Nice.

Grapefruit and some cherry. Lot of acidity, probably a little too much for my liking. Deep Ruby red pour with decent head and living champagne type look. Bottle.
