Sourdough, citrusy hops, dark chocolate, pine, resin, honey, peach, typical spicy rye. Bitter, hints of rye sourness and a light sweetness.

Bottle as a gift. Hazy orange colour, creamy white foam. Nose of peach, pine, citrus. Taste is hoppy bitter, sweet, some varnish (barley wine) notes. Plums, dried fruit. More than one year old, so a bit over the top.

Bottle. Dark orange with a shade of brown. Decent head. Aroma of lemons, oranges and mangos. Nutty, piney and grainy. Taste is the same. Fruity, malty, slightly spicy. Strong rye presence. Aftertaste is hoppy bitter with a sour fruity twist. Good carbonation. Creamy, oily mouthfeel but still very süffig. Refreshing and oh so delicious. Can’t get enough of this.

Pours orange with a big foamy head. Some visible lacing. Aroma is a boquet of tropical fruits, but trending more towards sweet melon than citric. Taste is overall bitter, mildly citric, with some caramel and light grainy notes arising during the finish. Carbonation and body perfect for the style. The beer overall has a frothy, well-balanced, refreshing feel to it. Very nice!
