30 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Dry phenolic bubblegum yeast and wheat aroma. Medium dry to dry wheaty flavoured with a distinct bubblegum note following. Minor acidic touch. Bitter and slight acidic wheaty/bubblegum finish. Not wrong for the style, I just don’t like it.

Hazy blond with soapy head. Clean and refreshing but has an underlying flavour of sweet bananas that dominates slightly too much.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, cardboard. Taste is the same, with addition of some citrus. Tastes a bit off. Not a very good wit.

Draft in a small cafe near Westerkirke in Amsterdam. Hazy pale gold color with a white head. Light citric aroma. Flavor of wheat, mild clove or coriander, a little banana and a touch of citrus. More of a hefeweizen than a wit? Finish is much the same, with the wheat and spice being primary. Drinks quite well.

Bottle, Pavement Cafe, Amsterdam. Poured a cloudy pale yellow, with a lingering white head. Sweet citrusy coriander aroma .Flavour similar - fruity and refreshing. Smooth and a lot better than I thought it would be.

tap - Pours hazy yellow with a medium sized head. The aroma is a mild blend of yeast and citrus. The flavor is sweet with a touch of citrus. It’s light and easy drinking as one would expect, but is also thoroughly average.

Draught, hazy light golden colour, small head, dominan bittert taste of lemon and grapefruit that turns into a long sour finish that becomes a little unpleasant after a time. quite light but the bitterness makes it a good beer with food.

On tap - everywhere in Amsterdam. Hazy orange body with a white head. Sweet citrus and yeast aroma. Flavor is rather typical wit beer. Nothing outstanding but not bad. Relatively sweet orange aftertaste. I remember this as better when brewed by De Ridder, but my memory could be wrong.
