Dark gold pour. Thick white foam. Bittersweet flavor with sweet nutty palate. Delicious nutty finish.

Globalement je suis déçu de cette Leffe qui est poussive et avec un cocktail aromatique et un équilibre qui aurait mérité meilleur sort. Le visuel est sur un blond doré avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanche couvrant à peine la surface. Le nez est sur les céréales, l'alcool, la pomme, la poire avec une pointe d'épices. L'attaque n'est pas très généreuse avec une petite acidité et des arômes de pomme de terre en complément de ceux présents au nez. La deuxième, l'arrière bouche et le final restent déséquilibrées. Corpulence et longueur restent toutefois appréciables. J'attendais davantage.

On tap at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours a dark orange with a large foamy white head. Aroma has cloves and banana, but not overdone. In the mouth, it’s a bit sweet and sugary and the texture is somewhat cloying. However, the good outweighs the bad. Flavours of banana, bubblegum with hints of pear drop and vanilla. Finish is sweet and malty. Still a pretty decent beer.

Dark golden, clear pour, Aromas of yeast, fruits and some faint herbs. Tastes of yellow fruits, some sweets (from the added sugar), somewhat similar to a wheat beer. Dry aftertaste. Ok, but not mindblowing. You can feel the added sugar - (a lot) less would be more.
