Amber colored beer with medium beige head. Tart fruity aroma with vinous notes (Tokay wine), brett, wood, notes of honey. Very complex taste with tart fruit, notes of honey, brett, Tokay wine, oak, spices. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Very tasty sipping beer.

Bottle. Aroma is wild fruity sweet and sour. Honey. Clear copper colour. Taste is really sour. Green wild fruits. Also caramel, honey. Pretty strong sweetness, but overwhelmed by even stronger sourness. Good though. Very interesting, but slow drinking.

Bottle courtesy of Vaiz on the train back from De Molen! Poured a hazy dark chesnut brown with a thin white head. The aroma is rich red berry fruit leading to a medium sweet and slightly sour, acidic citrus fruit flavour. Quite an unusual beer. It was served warm fresh from the shop but I’d like to taste it cooler.

Draft at De Molen. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of fruit, lactic acid, wood and candy. Flavour is over moderate sweet and acidic, light bitter. Full bodied with light carbonation. Interesting and weird but not unpleasant.

Tap @ de Molen. Slightly hazy amber color, medium head. Aroma has caramel malt, soft grassy hop, hint of tartness, some candy. Quite sweet taste with a soft sourness, nicely balanced. Caramel malty. Alcohol hardly noticeable. Lovely brew, would be interesting to see how it develops in time.

Draught at Ölrepubliken, Göteborg, on April 11, 2013. During the De Molen Tap Takeover event.Clear copper color, yellow head. Sweet, thick, malty, fruity, acidic taste. Acidic and malty, sweet aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness. Oak, acidic, malty,m sweet scent.
