0.33 l bottle from ’De Bierkoning’, best before December 2017. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a huge, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-fruity, slightly phenolic aroma of orange, peach, clove and mango. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy taste of orange peel, peach, grapefruit and clove, followed by a medium long, moderate bitter, spicy, peppery-dry finish. Medium body, effervescent and slightly spritzy mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Nice one!

Bottle at home. Clear golden with big white head and a lot of lacing. Yeasty, herbal, raw vegetables, zucchini, milkiness, parsley, sweet grain, bitter hops. Light sweet with strong bitter. Medium body, fat with very fine grain, spikey carbonation. The taste of the saison-like yeastiness is very nice, but the bitterness is very raw and overpowering. Would be more of a joy if it were lighter and fruitier.

hazy darker yellow colour, huge, frothy, slightly yellowish head; aroma of apricot, some mango, maybe tangerine, too, citruses, bready and barnyard notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with fruity notes (apricot and mango); a bit to bitter for its body, otherwise a good beer

Pours unclear amber, big white head. Smell is funky, dry, bitter, mild hoparoma. Taste is bitter, with a fruity touch;, backed up by an intense, saison-like yeastyness. the collabs between tastes is super interesting. On one side, I love it. On the other side, its just so different its hard to like... But you sure want another sip every time :) Very decent

Flaske hos Odd Gunnar, rbhd-treff 5.12.15: lys gylden med tårnhøjt skum som varer. Rå, vegetal aroma og smak, minner om brennenesle. Noe sødme i avslutningen. En røff farmhouse.
