Cannonball is an India Pale Ale in the true tradition, high in alcohol and massively hopped to survive a long sea voyage. We don’t want you to wait though, take a swig and let the flavour explode on your palate. Tropically fruity, resinous hops compete against a sweet malty backbone, while a rasping bitterness builds to a mouth puckering crescendo. Our hop bomb will blow you out of the water.

Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has citrus and citrus rind with light pine, grass and a sweet grains backbone. Flavor has citrus with a growing pine note, a bit of resin and a light sweet grain backbone.

On tap after beer tasting with Suus @ Taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Hazy light amber with a white head. Heavy hoppy aroma, mainly citrus. Taste is fairly bitter but with enough malt to back it up. Creamy mouthfeel. Great IPA.

Hazy blond with almost no head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of toasted malt sweetness. The hops are quite sticky and resinous. Nice smooth texture and grainy aftertaste.

Fat på Bishop Mollbergs, Hbg. Orange grumlig med liten vit krona. Fruktig med toner av citrus, passionsfrukt, papaya och gröna druvor med beska från citrusskal. Mellanstor med något torrare avslutning.

Can. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and fruit, with notes of yeast and malt and touches of citrus. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with round, msweetish notes of fruit and malt and estery and citric touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty touches. Nice but more like a DIPA.

Can, 7.4%. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable frothy white head. The flavour starts off citric and peppery, but also with a bit of lemony hop notes. Slightly sweet with a good mouthfeel. Herbal, almost quinine-like bitterness in the finish. A bit too bitter for me, but fairly well-balanced.
