Bottle courtesy of Douberd, many thanks! Very hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is citrus, yeasty, flowery. Taste is the same, with a nice dough flavor, a little tart sting, and a pleasant flowery finish. Medium carbonation. Good!

Draught @ Jopen Proeflokaal Amsterdam, Lange Leidsedwarsstraat 4-6 hs, Amsterdam, Netherlands 1017 NL. [ As Jopen / Stillwater Bloemenmarkt ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, flowers, fruity, yeast, saison yeast, balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150923]

Hazy light yellow pour, with a tall white head. Aroma of yeast, bread, a lot of flowers and some citrus. Tastes like a Belgian strong pale ale, with the yeast specific to that style overwhelming the tongue. Not bad!

Bottle from het Biermoment, BB 1 Jun 2017, large sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, short frothy head. Aroma is very spicy, peppery, slight minerally, bit flowery as well, chamomile I get as I used that myself in some homebrew a short while ago. Quite dry and sparkling in taste, bit thin, slight flowery bitterness. Dry peppery in the finish. Interesting brew. Could use a little more complexity, but in the end I like it.

Draught @ Fairbar, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, little grass, little citrus, flowers. Flavor is malt, yeasty, flowers, citrus, lemonpeel. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light citric finish. 031215
