33cl bottle @home. Pours hazy golden with a thick white head. Floral, citrusy, slightly tart aroma. Crisp and refreshing. Summery. Flavor has floral hops, citrus, light tartness. Dry finish. Some peachy notes. Refreshing saison, excellent really.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 27 Aug 2015) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with notes of peaches, grass, herbs and bready malt. Malty, fruity, herbal taste with apricots, bread, grass, jasmine and a gentle floral bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness.Tasty and a bit different, quite herbal and floral. Quite enjoyable.

Post Borefts VII, Day 2 - Den Haag walkabout. Bierspeciaalcafe De Paas. Bottle. Hazy yellowish gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Very light malts, trace of lager character. Very wishy washy citrus. Airy finish. Clean but very dull.

Bottle split at Cafe De Paas, Den Hague, 26/09/15. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric peel, straw, on the turn melon, yeast esters, light funk. Taste comprises lemon rind, grassy, yeast esters, farmy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

0.33 l bottle from Firma Bier, bottled in June 2015. Minimally hazy, straw yellow with a huge, foamy, almost stable, white head. Fresh, citrusy-floral aroma of banana, lemon peel, hay, apricot and vanilla. Sourish-bitter, citrusy-fruity taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, grapefruit, hay and vanilla, followed by a medium bitter, sourish, dry and earthy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent and spritzy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Did not expect the sourish taste from the aroma but it was a nice surprise, adding some kick to this refreshing summer beer. Not too deep but totally round and convincing. Good!
