We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply kick back, relax and oil your neck with (the name Neck Oil come’s from our founder, Logan, fondly remembering his Grandad stating that he was “off down the pub for a pint of neck oil”). Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly ‘easy’ IPA.

Helder lichtgeel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fruitig en bitter hoppig met iets van mango, lemongrass, zwarte thee en ananas. Komt wat waterig over.

Draught@The Cliffe at Dinham. Golden coloured beer with a strong white head. The aroma is lightly hopped, and the flavour is dry and well hopped with a long dry finish. Overall a nice well hopped IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Draught at King's Arms, Bethnal Green, London, 25 May 2018) Golden colour with dense, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple and grass. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of biscuits, citrus, lemon peel, grass and fresh floral hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, highly drinkable. quite nice.

On tap at The Wolf, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued floral hops and English bready malt. Flavour is similar, with dull biscuity malt and subdued floral hops. Dull and lifeless. Meh.

Aroma of sour hops and lemon rinds. Good foam and yellow body. Flavour is peanuts and vegetable skins. Dry finish. It's an okay IPA, a crowd pleaser, but needs more complexity to be exciting.

Thuis uit een blikje. Helder geel, lijt pils. Weinig wit schuim. Ruikt al lekker hoppig. Smaak ook prima, een mooie combinatie deze session ipa.
