Nach unserem Weiherer Zwickerla Hell kommt nun auch die dunkle Variante in die Flasche - bernsteinfarben, unfiltriert, mit festem, cremigen Schaum. Gebraut hat Roland Kundmüller ausschließlich mit ausgesuchten Rohstoffen aus 100 Prozent biologischem Anbau. Das Weiherer Bio-Zwickerla Dunkel ist ein Bier für alle, die es naturtrüb, malzbetont und süffig mögen - ein charakterstarkes Fränkisch Dunkel.

Bottle at Ambasada. Clear amber-copper body, off-white head. Big floweryy, herbal aroma, dry caramelly maltiness, bit stale underneath. Lean, dry, grainy, minerally taste, the body being okay enough, but it just felt a bit old.

Grainy bitter. Malty with burned caramel. Grain, not to deep with a dry bitter burned but strange grainy finish. 0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Cloudy red brown in the glass, more than one finger pale beige head. Sweet malty with caramel and a little bit apple fruity. Taste starts malty with fruity background, honey and increasing dry grainy bitterness. Little bit scratchy. Below average carbonated.
