Nach unserem Weiherer Zwickerla Hell kommt nun auch die dunkle Variante in die Flasche - bernsteinfarben, unfiltriert, mit festem, cremigen Schaum. 500ml bottle. Hazy, amber-ish, tan colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally nutty, malty aroma, a touch of cocoa powder, baked apple. Taste is slightly dry, minimally sweet dark malty, hints of cocoa powder, a fruity touch of preserved apple, baked apple, minimally waxy, leafy overtones.

Bottled 500ml. -from City Markt Bamberg. Orange/amber coloured, small off-white head, light caramel and yeast in the nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, dried fruits and light nutty with some herbal notes in the finish. Average.

Tap at the brewery. Very cloudy brown-orange with a medium head. Nose of chocolate, light malts, grains, seeds. Malty, dry and earthy flavor, nutty, with chocolate and light caramel. The body is a bit thin.

24/3/2018. Tap at Craft a Corner, Luxembourg. Pours clear amber with a lasting semi-firm off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit, veg and light herb. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, texture is oily, average to soft carbonation.

50cl bottle. BB 15.05.2018. A almost clear amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of mild caramelish malt, nuts, toasted malt. Taste of toasted malt, caramelish mild sweet malt, hints of grains and nuts, not bad!
