Bottle from La Vache Folle. Unclear golden coloured with an off white head. Nose is caramel malts, grapefruits, mango, tropical fruits. Flavour is light malted, tropical fruits, bit of citrus and pine. Sticky and juicy. Fairly sweet. Medium carbonation. Finish is fairly sweet.

Bottle from Drank van de Meisjes, small sample. Slight hazy golden color, short frothy head. Aroma is very hoppy of pine, tropical fruit, resin, pineapple, mango, slight wheaty malt. Medium to high bitterness in taste, some tropical fruit sweetness. Very good.

(Draught at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 29 Aug 2015) Hazy orange amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, resin and mandarin. Malty, hoppy taste with orange peel, grapefruit, resin, lots of citrus peel and a solid citric bitterness in a finish with a slight alcohol glow. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Solid and well made IIPA with loads of citric hops. A touch of alcohol, but it’s mainly hidden underneath the hops. Very nice.

Bottle at billies beer cafe. Pours hazy orange, nose is salty toffee, citrus, crystal malt, taste is chewy toffee, salty citrus, bitter, tasty.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy orange color, small off-white head that diminishes instantly. Aroma is malts, hops, resinous, pine, sticky hops. Taste malts, again resinous hops, pine, sticky sweetish hops, lightly alcohol, bitter. Medium to full body and medium carbonation. A well brewed Imperial IPA, I like it!

Keg at Beer Temple, Dam, 23rd July 15. Light yellow, slight haze. Aroma is tropical fruit, pineapple. Taste is rich, tropical fruit, well balanced bitterness and not overly sweet or sickly. Very nice DIPA

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy yellow to orange with a really small white head. Smells sweet, hops, resin, pine and some sort of boiled vegetable. Tastes very sweet, resin, pine, very bitter. Full body, soft carbo.

330 ml. bottle @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Amazing label. BBF 09/2015. Hazy orange, creamy white head. Nose is fruity hops but too sweet with over yeast presence, sweetish white bread & yeast, light orange peel hops,… Taste is too sweet & too yeasty, candy sugar, dried orange peel, hops, pine, candy sweetness, faint tropical fruits,… Alcohol isn’t noticeable, body is rather yeasty. Decent beer but not really what the style should be in my opinion.
