Really light on flavor. Good, but it’s got a lot less “going on” than any other gueuze I’ve had.

Blind tasting. misidentified it. Thought it was something much rarer. This was one of my favourites.

I'd really like to know what the first Lambic I had was, way back in 2009 in a random Belgian cafe. Bit better than this one.
