Essential Elements - Orange blossom honey, agave nectar, lime juice and lime zest.

Appearance - Pale green and crystal clear with a fizzy head that disperses swiftly to the rim.

Taste is sweet honey, with floral and tart citric lime notes, ice lolly, melon, also tangy, with some sourness and tannins. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, low carbonation, sour tangy finish. Interesting, refreshing, nicely drinkable.

Bottle pour at the May 1st DC Tasting. Poured a very light, translucent, white-yellow color with virtually no, perhaps no head at all. Tasty green apple light sweet, dry honey notes. Didn’t get a lot of agave, but I suppose it’s there.
