Appearance - Pale green and crystal clear with a fizzy head that disperses swiftly to the rim.
Experience - Tart lime engulfs the tongue followed by a creamy sweetness of honey and agave. Medium bodied with a lime pith bitterness on the semi-dry finish. A zip of acidity adds to the wonderful balance of the sweet, tart, and bitter flavors.

Draught @ CBC2015. Pours sparkling golden with a small fizzy white head that doesn’t leave any trace while dissipating. Smell is fruity and floral with honey, lime juice, agave, tropical fruits, vanilla, lemon peal and hints of apple skins. Taste is sweet, tiny sour, floral and fruity. Mouthfeel is crisp, sparkling, round, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and sour with honey, lime juice, agave, green apples, hay, minerals, apple pie spices and lemon peal. Sampled at Great Taste, 2015.Light gold color. Do taste both the agave and the lime, and it is sweet but not overly so. Decent palate, a little thick, but abv seems low for a mead. I could see putting this over ice.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Almost translucent yellow with no head. Nose is light honey, straw, faint lime jus. Taste comprises melon, peach, sweet licks, honey drizzle, subtle lime. Medium + body, fine carbonation, sweet close. Ok.
