Brashly American pale ale with a crisp and explicit bitterness. The pine and citrus aroma of Cascade and Centennial hops enrich the earthy bitterness of Columbus creating a neo-classic biterness profile. Pale ale malt soothes the tongue into a grapefruity aftertaste.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Light citrus in the nose, but also a gready note indicating stale hops. Medium body, very soft on the palate. In spite of being a slow gusher the feel is now a very low carbonation. Dry, hoppy finish. 030817

Very huge, extremely dense & stable, just yellowish head over coldhazed deeper golden beer, well-carbonated. Very fine aromatic hops, fresh greenery, springleaves, blossoms, citrus (lime, kafir lime), garden weeds. Quite bitter - hoppy - vegetal. Green fruit, bit of citruspeel (lime again or unripe lemon). Becomes earthy, dry-leafy in time. Maybe just a tad underbodied, near watery. That being the only defect I could mention. Excellent, truly. 8/4/7/3/16

(Keg at Labietis, 20170106) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, grass, creamy toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A pleasant hoppy brew.
