Bottle. Milky yellow, big white lace. Dry spicy, dead yeast, light lemony, medium light body, mealy mouthfeel. Muddled mealy, lemon, a hint tripel notes, ok chewy, mealy finish. Bad clay finish. Needs to be a lot cleaner and it would be fine.

Bottle from a shop somewhere in Germany, consumed at home Sunday 21st August 2016 whilst cooking Zarzuela (Spanish Fish Stew) Well I was very shocked, when something is described as a Baltic Ale, I wasn’t really expecting it to pour a light yellowy gold colour with a large stable white frothy head, to be fair scrutising the paper label I can now see from the small print that this is described as a Belgian Strong Ale. Very typically Belgian a little spice on a spritzy nose, quite good though somewhat straightforward beer. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Unclear, golden colored, strong white head, good lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is of malt, wheat, spice and coriander, some yeast and some fruits. Taste is medium sweet malt, wheat, spices, maybe coriander, fruity notes, yeast, bit alcohol, moderate spicy bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, average+ carbonation. (bottle, Hol’AB! Hannover)

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Domagoj, thanks! Cloudy lemonade yellow coloured, huge white head, mild yeasty nose. Yeasty, light fruity, mild spicy, no trace of alcohol, high carbonation and touch of fruits in the finish. Summer beer.

Bottle, shared at a beer tasting @ Beer Temple - thanks Peter for providing these beers. Pale yellow color, hazy. White head. Aroma’s: vegetables, light sweet, herbs. Retronasal it’s fruity, sweetish, light herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet, herbal. Medium bodied. Rather high carbonation. Finishes herbal, moderate bitter. Too much herbs.
