Great smooth beginning. Fruity, very mild. Banana, round and smooth yeast. Moderate sweet, highly drinkable with clove and banana. Very deep and great round. Long fresh smooth yeasty mild banana aftertaste. The sweetness is great mild with not much bitterness. Great.

Bottle, 7.5%. Citric and wheaty aroma, hint of clove or something. Hazy yellow colour. Big stable plasticky white head. The flavour is bready and slightly wheaty. Starts off bready and turns quite dry with a slightly rough bitterness. There is a little spicy aroma hop in the finish, but the bitterness is not very clean. Yeasty finish as well. Not exactly distinctly Belgian, but perhaps a sort of clean Belgian yeast.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of fruit and flowers, with notes of hops, yeast and malt and some hints of spice. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus, malt and yeast and fruity touches. Hints of pepper and coriander. Bitter and spicy aftertaste with estery notes. Reasonable but the colour is rather misleading.

(bottle, 75cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Dusty, yeasty, pale malty and moderately wheaty aroma with notes of bubblegum and lemon. Mildly sweet flavour with a tinge of sour-tartness, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pale malt character with grainy spots and yeasty tartness, again some bubblegum fruitiness; moderately sweet and delicately tart finish with yeasty spice. Drinkable but has certainly its flaws. 19.IX.16
