Golden colour with no head or carbonation. Aroma and flavour have lots of citric fruits. Especially pineapple. Nice dry Brett funk in the finish.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Hazy bright golden with white head. Sour grains, light glue, malts, funk, gooseberries, wheat, tropical fruits and soft glue. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
