13/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener pre-tasting. Bought at Getranke Hoffmann, Wees. Pours clear pale golden with a small frothy white head. aroma of citrus, lemon, grass, malt, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, quite fizzy. Okay.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, herbs - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs - grass, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]
