Lattice is a dry-hopped Farmhouse Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with 2nd Shift Brewing in New Haven, Missouri. This farmhouse ale was fermented in French Oak puncheons with our house Saison strain and a soft blend of Brettanomyces strains, dry-hopped with Amarillo and Galaxy hops, and naturally conditioned in this bottle.

CBC. Dark yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, hop, citrus and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, yeast, little brett, spices, little dry, little lemon, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, light brett, grass, fruity hops, white grapes, light lemon. Flavor is light sour, yeasty, brett, wood, hay, grass, fruit, citrus, lemon. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, light tart finish. 020515

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Golden blonde with a moderate off white covering. Nose is funky, apricot, straw, lemon rind, melon, light yeast. Taste comprises lemon, tangerine, pissy citrics, yeast esters, peach, funky. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

CBC Green Session. Keg. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, small off white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Lemon sourness, not too strong. Light seltzer and floralness. Light dry crisp finish. Okay.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, pale spicy notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, yeast, funk - brett, fruity notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150502]

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, brett, mango and orange. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light sour with a long fruity, funky and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
