F: big, snow-white, good retention. C: gold, bit hazy. A: malty, bit bready, bit grassy, floral. T: malty, bready, grassy, bit spicy, floral, light body and medium carbonation, yes very good balanced easy drinkable and tasty beer, enjoyed, from tap @ Damian Bottle Shop (visited 6.8.).

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a large, fluffy, almost stable, white head. Just slightly sweetish, quite grassy-spicy and minimally herbal aroma of grains, some fresh grass, a touch of butter and traces of citrus. A little sweet, medium bitter, fairly grassy-spicy taste of grains, some fresh grass, a touch of lemon balm and traces of butter, followed by a short, medium bitter, rather grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Tasty Lager, very well done!

On tap at Damian, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose is very fresh, with grassy hops, crisp crackery malt, and cereal grains. Flavour is crisp and bitter, with grassy hops, crisp crackery malt and some cereal grains. Crisp and nicely bitter. Great bite to this. Very good Czech pils.
