This beer combines the clean, refreshing drinkability of a pale European lager with the unmistakable flavour of Australian and American hops.

Brewed with noble Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops from Germany for an authentic crisp Pilsner bitterness and finished with Summer and Mosaic hops which provide the juicy tropical fruit flavour more commonly found in an American IPA.

Grain: Pale Ale, Wheat & Cara-pils

Draught at KØ16. Mild hoppy aroma. Clear shiny golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is hoppy, grassy and refreshing. Good bitterness and a mild hop bite in the finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, light citrusy and mild herbal. Fruity, grassy and toasted. Dry, bitter and slight herbal. Bitter finish.

Keg at the Black Sheep, Dublin, 28/06/15. Clear golden blonde with decent off white covering. Nose is fresh grass, pale malt, light bread, melon, citric pith. Taste comprises tangerine, light mineral strokes, orange pith, apricot, straw, toasted malt, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop wash. Solid IPL, great balance, good crush jus.

Draught at IBWF15. Light lemon gold with a thin head. Amon is lemon pine. Flavour is lots of citrus, fruity and clean, easy drinking.
