Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Hazed and washed through yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is tangy lemon, wood must, funk, tarte grapes, light brett dung. Taste comprises tangy citric shreds, on the turn melon, funk, wood, light acidic rise. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte citric rinse and modereate puckerings. Decent easy drinking sour.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Brekeriet Levain ].Unclear matt light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus - berliner weiss - gose alike, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, yeast, berliner weiss - gose alike, fruity, salty - minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
