(swing top bottle) Clear, slightly ruby brown colour with a mid-sized and tanned foamy head. Earthy and slightly leafy roast-malty aroma with nutty notes and a tinge of marzipan. Moderately sweet and roasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderately roasted malt-character with nutty notes, leaves and a touch of molasses and dark chocolate; sweet and mildly roast-bitter finish with a restrained hops character. Decent. 01.XI.13

50cl. dark-brown flavour. The beer starts a bit bready, dark roasted notes, that grew stronger to the middlepart. The beer is fullbodied, easy to drink. Not very hoppy, a bit roasted aromas to the end. OK. 11/12/10/10
