From tap at the brewery. Light unclear to light hazy golden orange color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, citrus, caramel, banana notes, spice, grass. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Growler courtesy of nuplastikk! Slightly hazy orange. Aroma of lime, pepper, pale bready malt. The taste is lime, grapefruit, apricot, mild pepper. Medium bodied.

Growler from Dryhop. 6.8% Summer 2017 version. Awesome, modern beer. The kaffir lime jumps out at you in the aroma, saison yeast, pepper too. Medium bodied and pretty refreshing despite the ABV. Has an almost Asian sweet pear thing going on. Lavender, lime. Pepper comes through more as it breaths, which adds even more depth. Quite an offering.
