Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is yeast ester and I agree with the rating below, lots of banana. Flavor is creamy malt, fruity yeast ester and small hints of alcohol. Pretty good tripel. Everything you look for in a tripel is here.

From tap at the brewery. Almost clear golden color with white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, grain, bread, caramel, light grass and spice, banana notes. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draft at brewery. Head never fades. Golden body. Aroma isn't super sweet or anything. A lightly grainy maltiness. Low banana and general esters. Flavor is lightly sweet Belgian biscuit with light grit. A little sour note at the end of flavor. Real nice for American.
