33cl, aged 1 year. Pours a dark orange to amber coloured beer. Pretty cloudy. Solid creamy off-white head. Smells a little dusty, ripe banana, figs and caramel. Full malty flavour, hints of caramel and wood. Ends a little acidic, but this might be the age (1y). Aftertaste is mostly caramel and roasted malts. Very little bitterness, again a little acidic finishing touch.

Cloudy dark golden with a medium sized off-white head. The aroma has a lot of unfermented wort or heavy, bready malt. I’m not a fan of that. Flavour is sweet and fruity, with spicy yeast notes, but a little on the cloying sweet side. A real shame since it’s such an inviting yeast character.

33cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours cloudy orange with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is pleasant and inviting of yeast, excotic fruits, spices and hops. Sweet and spicy. Orange peel and coriander. Full bodied. Smooth and quite sticky. A fine drink.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Orange with a yellowish head. Sweet fruit and yeast aroma. Refreshing belgian but a bit thin and not very complex, almost like a blond ale.

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with huge, beige head leaving traces of lacing. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, grapefruit, citrus peel, flowers and yeast. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus (grapefruit and orange), dried apricots and spicy, citrussy hops in the finish. Medium body, rather sweet. Nice and well made beer. In short: spicy citrus on solid malt foundation.
