Sour Ale brewed with Clitoria Ternatea, a blue flower originating in Southeast Asia. More commonly known as the Butterfly Pea Flower, in the presence of acidity the flower turns purple. There’s also just a fairy’s touch of blackberry and lemon. But you probably won’t notice that behind the fabulousness of the glitter and purple sour beer. This beer was made in collaboration with One Eyed Betty’s in Ferndale for their 2018 Pride event.

From tap at One Eyed Betty's. Light hazy purple color with off white head. Herbal spicy, fruity, tart notes. Sweet and acidic taste. Light to medium thin to oily body with soft carbonation.
