Keg at the Brewpub in Prague Day 4 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 2/10/14. Pale clouded yellow / pineapple juice looking beer with a thin sticky white head. Aroma is subdued, wheat light banana bread. Flavour is composed of tangy wheaty, doughy grains, some orange, soem creamybess. . Palate is full and doughy, touch sweet, good. Lingering tangy orange.

Draught at the brewpub. Nice banana aroma, tones of yeast, malts, grain, hop. Yellow color, very hazy, opaque. Flavor is sweet and smooth, light bananas, yeasty sour, malts and grain, moderately bitter. Quite good.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, hay, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and hay, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

On tap at Pivovarsky dum, Prague. Pours bright hazy yellow with white head. Fruity yeasty aroma. Fruity banana flavor. Light to medium body. Seems more like witbier than hefeweizen.

Tap at the brewery. Almost no head, hazy hay colour, the picture says it well. Aroma grass, hay, wheat. Taste light acidic, light eggy. Finish unpleasant. Low Drinkability. Unimpressed.
