Draught @ 3 Små Rum. Pours pitch black with a rather big frothy and creamy mocha head that leaves lots of thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and roasty with roasted malts, dark bread, burnt caramel, toffee, dark roast coffee, bakers chocolate, charred wood, raisins and hints of alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet, heavy bitter, malty, herbal and earthy. Mouthfeel is soft, round, abrasive, astringent, tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and very bitter with roasted malts, burnt dark unsweetened bread, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, liquorice, moist soil and hints of alcohol. fat. Doften innehåller massor med choklad . Först tydlugt mintchoklad för att snart därefter enbart dofta mörk mjölkchoklad. Smakar då? Först mörk choklad sedan kommer tydliga kaffetoner å en ganska rejäl efterbeska. En rätt torr åh mycket låååång avslutning på stouten är utmärkande. Ganska ren fyllig torr imperial Stout. Omtestad oj oj oj är ju världsklass . De sa de andra i baren ickså när vi satte igång prata.
