On tap at OIBF’16. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of loads of Brett, funk, poo, manure, a bit too many toilet aromas. Flavour is Brett, poo, funk, lemon peel, light floral, bitter finish. Light bodied. Too much "funk".

Draft at Oedipus International Beer Festival. Very hazy pale golden with a white head aroma of massive poo, manure, Brett funk in a bad way, horse blanket and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. Way too big on the manure this one.

Sampled from tap at the Oedipus International Beer Festival 2016. Hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy, slightly funky aroma of lemon, gooseberry and manure. Fruity-grassy, slightly funky taste of lemon, gooseberry and manure, followed by a short, slightly bitter, dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Strange, lots of unpleasant flavours.

Draft at Oedipus fest. Aroma of grassy hop and yeast. Taste has fresh dry yeast, grassy bitters, nettle and some hops. Allright.

Keg @ BBB. Pours hazy vibrant yellow with a frothy white hear that leaves some sparse spotty lacing and trace while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity, slightly grassy and tiny spicy with crackers, pineapple, star fruit, freshly harvested hay, dry soil, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is very tiny sour, tiny bitter, slightly fruity, slightly grassy and tiny spicy. Mouthfeel is soft, dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly fruity and tiny spicy with crackers, hay, yellow tropical fruits, light funk and hints of white pepper corns. Simple, clean and refreshing. Very clean brett. Keg at Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm. Cloudy pale golden, rich firm head. Funky lemony tangerine aroma. Dryish with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Zesty with cobwebs, passionfruit and pine needles. Resiny bitter finish. Impeccable but soulless.

Draught at Omnipollos Hatt. Hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon peel, funk, red berries, citrus, grain and mango. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus, lemon peel, funk, red berries, grain and mango. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Great stuff. Highly drinkable. Pretty elegant and clean Brett profile.
