Adjunct: Beetroot, Local pine honey
Appearance: Dark pinkish, reddish, light claret. Dense, reddish head. Like krieks. Very attractive.
Aroma: Earthy, honey sweetness-bitterness, complex
Flavor: Meduim body. Very good balance of earthiness, bitterness and sweetness. The real difference between image and aroma/flavor.
