From tap at the brewery. Dark reddish copper brown color with no head. Malty and yeasty aroma, fruity, tart cherries, sugar, caramel, vinous. Sweet, light bitter and light acidic taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a red amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart aroma with weak hints of caramel. Fruity sour tart flavor. Has a fruity sour tart finish with weak hints of caramel.

[1/26/17] Draught at Third Street Aleworks in Santa Rosa. Clear red-amber. Lactic aroma with yogurt, pickled vegetables. Tart flavor, lactic, with yogurt, some lemon, fruitiness.

Tap at 2017 Ratebeer Best. Pours reddish brown with a beige head. Sourish fruit aroma. Med body. Starts cherry sour, moves to another flavor. Overall a mild sour that’s not Brettish. Good drink.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is lacto, berry, vinegar. Thin body, lacto, wheat, cereal, light tartness, decent.
