From tap at the brewery. Clear amber copper color with off white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, bread, grain, caramel, grass. Moderate sweet and light bitter taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale amber color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty grainy weak grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is spice and toasted malt. Medium body, bready malt, raisin, spice, dry finish, decent.

(10/28/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Santa Rosa. 6.3%. Deep amber color. Aroma of malt and some vegetables. Sweetish flavor with malt, toastiness and some vegetal notes. Light to medium body.

Draft at the brewpub. Malty caramel aroma. Dark amber color with an off-white head. Medium body; smooth carbonation. Light roasted caramel malt flavor. Very mild hop for some balance at the finish. Clean and smooth.
