Another year has passed, and we are delighted to celebrate this occasion with a once in a lifetime beer. We brought out all our sexy hops for this beer; Apollo, Simcoe, Mosaic, Equinox, Amarillo and Citra. We used First Wort hopping, this helps make with a smoother bitterness. Hints of mango, grapefruit and other citrus aromas accentuate the juicy hop flavor. A light golden color with a dry finish will have you toasting us until our next birthday.

Small pour at Third Street. Putting Pliny the Younger into perspective. Clear, bright golden, small skin of head. Barely there aroma and taste, possible that PtY wrecked my buds. Seems weak, all across the board.
