From tap at the brewery. Clear golden color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grainy, hay, bread, oat, noble hops, spicy yeasty notes. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Tap at Preserve in Winters, CA. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is mild citrus/floral? Med minus body. Flavor is light citrus/light malt - not getting much yeast/spice, but maybe. It’s sessionable. Has much nicer flavor than most blondes of my acquaintance, and it finishes mildly bitter. Unlike many blondes of my acquaintance.
