Brewed especially for our friends at EPIC on the Embarcadero, this west coast IPA was brewed without bittering hops, just a massive late-injection of flavor, aroma, and dry hops. The result is a hugely aromatic IPA without the bitterness typical of an IPA, perfectly paired with cuisine. Bitterness be gone!

On tap at Barebottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of floral notes and hop oils. Flavour is similar, with hop oils, light citrus and sweet cereal malt. Nothing overly special, but nicely balanced. Solid.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear golden color with an off white head. The aroma is toasted and fruity with a hint of earthy hops. The flavor has oranges, a little candied gummies and toast. Medium earthy bitterness. Ok. Solid.
