This beer was designed and brewed for Lauren to celebrate and reflect upon our second wedding anniversary! A rich milk stout base is amplified by a large addition of cocoa nibs and a blend of our favorite coffee. The flavor profile punches well above its alcohol content, with heavy milk chocolate and chocolate syrup notes balances by a gentle and rounded coffee character. Despite its heft it retains a wonderful and fluffy drinkability. I sincerely hope it can be enjoyed and shared with someone you love. The gift of chocolate, for Lauren.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 5th April 2024. Pours a black beer. Aroma is chocolate, frappe, coffee, malts. Taste is full on chocolate, frappe, coffee, sticky, caramel, it’s absolutely delicious.

Rich dark chocolate, cocoa powder, creamy, mouth coating. So glad I was able to get my hands on a few of these Tree House, all that was left were stouts, but man this is good!

Kakao. Potem kakao. Potem kawa. Potem kapke utlenienia jakby w papier? Moze byc wina probkowania. Dziwne, nieco talkowe cialo. Dosc slodkie ale bez przehinki. Bardzo intensywne, zwlaszcza jak na lekkie puwi. Pyszka

473ml can. Canned 12/2018. Creamy, smooth and milky with some chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Lots of milk and lactose, but still surprisingly good.

Can pour into tulip glass from the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, thin cap of light brown fizzy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong fudge, cocoa, coffee, roasted malt. Taste is chocolate, cream, roasted malt, lactose, very mild coffee. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, light alcohol burn, soft carbonation and chocolate finish as taste. Overall, nice aroma and flavors though the mild alcohol burn is enough to detract some from the experience.

Pours ebony into a shaker. Creamy mocha head with excellent retention pancakes and recedes leaving scant sheets. Mike chocolate aromas. Medium bodied with milk chocolate and espresso upfront turning to dry milk and licorice in the lasting astringent finish.

Can, thanks Jon. Lovely aroma of chocolate roast and milkiness. Lovelier taste of chocolate, milkiness, but not sweet, touch of dark fruit, loads of taste for strength. Smooth and lovely.
