(swing top bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker) Cloudy, bright orange colour with a big, light-beige foamy head. Yeasty and slightly sweet and sourish fruity nose of overripe citrus-fruits and a tinge of banana, accompanied by and almost stenchy phenolic spicy note. Slightly sourish and bitter tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Light wheat-character, yeasty and orange fruity taste; dry and yeasty, slightly tart and bitter finish. Quite inharmonic, perhaps this doesn´t work bottled (22.03.08).

Bottle (trade with Koelschtrinker). Yogurt wheat malt aroma. Cloudy yellow amber color with small head. Sour wheat malt flavor - no fruit or spice flavors that I can really detect. A straight-forward, bland wheat beer.
