Hop Slangin’ is jam packed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops for aromas of mango and overripe passion fruit, lychee and rambutan, pine, and a slight diesel character from the Nelson Sauvin. The flavor is a burst of resinous pine and juicy ripe stonefruit all supported by the peppery, oily rye. Slang some hops in yo’ face!

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 2nd session. Hazy yellow. Great fruity weedy hops aroma. Dry flavor with weedy and fruity hops and mild to moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied. A really good IPA. Delicious.

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Hazy golden colour with a small, white head. Fruity aroma with grapefruit, pines, spicy hints, citrus and sweet exotic fruits. Taste is bitter. Medium body, creamy texture. Finishes lasting dry and bitter with citrus and exotic fruits. Excellent IPA.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity citrus hoppy piney aroma. Fruity piney hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty piney hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours hazy deep yellow withe a small frothy white head that leaves a small sticky trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit, pineapple, star fruit, lychee, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, lemon zest and hints of diesel fuel. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is round, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with crackers, grapefruit, passion fruit, lychee, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, black pepper corns and lemon zest. Damn good! Nice and fresh...

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Blue session. Unclear yellow golden with white head. Hoppy aroma, piney, citrusy - orange, floral, caramel malty. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Mikkeller Vik. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Light pale malts, semi sweet. Really good skunky hops with modest citrus and hop spice on top. Mild marmalade in the smooth finish. Very nice.

Tap @ CBC, 2015. Pours Hazy orange with a creamy head. Grass, grain and citrus. Red grapefruit - yeast. The hops is raw and herbal - perhaps the dry hopping? NOT too fond of that!

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Aroma is fresh with tropical fruits, sweet fruit juice and caramel. Flavour has grapefruit, resiny tones, tropical fruits and mild herbal bitterness finish. Quite Brewdog-like.
