Hop Slangin’ is jam packed with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops for aromas of mango and overripe passion fruit, lychee and rambutan, pine, and a slight diesel character from the Nelson Sauvin. The flavor is a burst of resinous pine and juicy ripe stonefruit all supported by the peppery, oily rye. Slang some hops in yo’ face!

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and slight citrusy. Crisp hoppy, bitter, citrusy and lingering fruity finish.

The beer is a nice classic light amber color. Seems pretty clear. Medium white head. Fine foam. Pineapple and tangerine juiciness in the aroma. Very much in line with Cellarmaker hoppy beer character. Light feel. Fairly juicy hop taste. Lots of pineapple, mild caramel, a little lime, big tangerine, mild pine. Yet another tasty IPA from Cellarmaker. They might be a bit repetitive but I’m not complaining.

Growler thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is hemp, pine, mango. Medium mouth with nice sweet hop, resin, pine, light dryness, very nice.

Hazy gold. Nose is weak but it could be the taster. Taste is the most raw grapefruit I’ve ever tasted. Like biting into a grapefruit skin and all. The raw medicinal grossness of the skin hits at the finish. Up front is an acidic citrus. Really hard to drink a lot but only due to the finish

On tap at the Brewery. Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Fresh and hoppy with pineapple, passionfruit, hay and some biscuits. Not that bitter. Easy to drink and quite enjoyable.
