Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste are both quite soft sort of speak. Quite smooth texture - wise, lightly apple and moderate to heavy sweet. Drinkable.

500ml bottle. Cloudy yellow gold colour, foam white head and aroma of juicy apple. Taste is sweet apple with vanilla, slight woody & barnyard notes. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, fairly clean finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Gywnt Y Ddraig. Very tasty stuff here, with a sweet, over-ripe apple taste and gorgeously juicy apple bite. Has a dusty barnyard feel in parts and has a more rounded, less harsh taste than traditional scrumpy which is not bad thing in my book.

0.5l bottle. Yeah, it's quite cloudy and unfiltered this. Ginger orange in color and it had a small bright white head as I poured it, but that has developed in to a thin sidesticking film. The aroma actually fills the room with a cellar, slightly musky and dry apply aroma. When holding that glass up to the nose it feels really sweet. Hope it doesn't taste as sweet as it smells. It doesn't. Really soft on the carbonation and the mouthfeel is light and almost watery. The apples are quire tasty, reminds me of dessert apples. Overall it the taste is somewhat thin and watery. Semi dry is really describing on this. In the finish there are traces of both white sugs and tart apple zest. Quite light drinkable, but no great cider in my opinion. 27.03.2013

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is matured apples with some cellar notes. Flavor is sweeter than expected for a scrumpy, but still pretty dry. Matured apples, some acidity and slightly cellar’ish. Fine body and more dry in aftertaste. A very pleasant and easy drinkable cider.
