Bottle from Brewer’s Droop, Bristol. This was the medium dry version - there is also a medium one. Cloudy gold and flat. Dryish, apple aroma with a touch of funkiness. Flavour had some sweetish, apple fruit, an acidic edge that unfortunately reminded me of stomach bile, and a dryish finish. So-so.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of ripe apple with notes of wood and funk. Sweet apple juice flavour with wooden notes

Bottle 500ml. clear glass.Hazy to unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, fruity apples, vanialla. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry, fruity apples, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20110807]
