On tap at Výčep, pours a clear amber with a large white head. Aroma has toasted bready malt, straw, and gentle metallic notes. Flavour has crisp bready malt, moderate bitterness, and a hint of toasted caramel. Super clean, nicely bitter, and smooth palate. Real good.

From tap @ Pivovarský dům Poupě in Brno. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, bready, bit caramel, light hoppy. Taste is medium malty base, bready, light hoppy, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, bit caramel, leaves, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Tap at beef and beer uherské Hradiště. Clear golden color smooth creamy white head. Clean malt flavor hints of biscuit and cereal. Hay and grass, bittering herbs. Silky texture thin carbonation close to flat. Smooth clean finish mildly bitter. I thought this was the 11 as abv was really well hidden.

0,5 l on tap. Poured as hladinka (in on go), clear dark golden with creamy head. Aroma is bready malty, sweetish, grainy, grassy, herbal. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter, malty richness is well balanced with bitterness. Plenty of caramel in the flavor. Finish is long, starts bready with plenty of caramel which fade to lasting bitterness.

Dieses "Maibier" genannte Bier ist ein Dreizehngrädiges Bier, also noch stärker im Geschmack als das 11 und 12-grädige. Es ist ein bernsteinfarbenes Märzen und hat mit einem Maibock aber nichts zu tun. Es überwiegen die malzigen Aromen, wobei das Bier dennoch hopfig und süffig bleibt. EIn gutes Bier für jene die es etwas volmundiger mögen.

Keg at U Tri ruzi, Praha, 13/07/17. Golden copper with a decent off white head. Nose is bready malts, grains, vanilla, straw. Taste comprises bread dough, toasted grains, pale malts, sweet notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.
