Definitely, it is not my kind of beer, even though this one is really smocked, you really have the impression to drink the smocked tree. 19.01.2017, drinking it in our rented flat, in Vienna.

Leicht eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Prägnant malziger, rauchiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, rauchig mit Speck. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Dark golden with a white head - Peated malt aroma - Peated malt body - The peated malt flavour goes into the finish - This was no good

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Smokey malty aroma. Starts intense malty, smokey, some notes of bacon. Also some soapy notes. Some strange chemical notes. Finish more balanced. Still malty-smokey, less intense. Okay.

Many thanks to HP for sharing! Smooth mild beginning. Smokey fruity, mild with grainy bitter parts. Grainy neutral beginning, fruity with a alcoholic smokey finish.

0,33 litre Bottle, shared with Bergstaden. Golden with white head. Smoked malts, whiskey, sour, smoke, not my cup of tea...

Bottle, 330 ml at O’Connors, Wien. Courtesy of Werckmeister. Pours orange, medium white head. Smoked, quite strong peat, leather, malty, some fruity notes, easy drinkable. Problem is not too much is going on besides peat, lacks complexity. Medium bodied.

Hazy, golden colored, strong white puffy head, bit overfoaming, nice lacing. Aroma is of strong burnt plastic, smoke, some malt and very light meat. Taste is medium sweet malt, caramel, smoke but overpowered by burnt plastic, peat, moderate bitterness, dry lasting bitter aftertaste. Medium bodied, lively carbonation. Way off...
