A strong brew, Parislytic is an Extra Special Bitter that packs a full-flavoured punch thanks to a robust blend of malts bringing out layers of chocolate, coffee, caramel and nut. Our brewers have balanced an intense maltiness with aromatic Bobek and spicy Challenger hops, creating a clear, dark, ruby-coloured ale with a silky smooth head and a rich, lingering flavour.

On tap @ Frog Revolution, Bastille. Great creamy head. The beer starts creamy malty. Round and smooth with a mild moderate bitterness, smooth. Hints of nuts, malty with sweetish hints. Easy to drink with a fresh fruity malty aftertaste. Round and bitter on the tongue, smooth, fresh, nice.

Slightly hazy amber color, medium-sized off-white head. Light nutty aroma. Light-bodied. Rusty hoppyness, a bit nutty. This, like all other Toulouse Frog’s beers is tart.
