Anamorphic IPA is a New England IPA brewed with copious amounts of oats and hopped aggressively with Galaxy, Citra and Motueka. We then distorted tradition and fermented this beer solely with a blend of Brettanomyces strains to further the fruity, tropical flavors and provide a subtle background of funk. Holding true to our uncompromising ideals, we brewed this bold and sticky IPA at our brewery in Grimstad and fermented it at our "wild beer" facility just across the river. Keep cold and drink fresh!

Tap at the Borefts after party 2016 @ Kaapse. Poured a murky straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, grassy hop citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light watery mineral grassy hop citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Kaapse festival shared Medium creamy white head. Cloudy blond pour. Lovely bitterness.

Tap at BAF. Super murky yellow golden with small white head. Mango, orange juice, quite grassy and herbal, sharp bitter green leaves, soft malts in the background. Under medium sweet, over medium bitter and soft tart touch. Medium bodied.

Sampled from tap at Kaapse BAF 2016. Opaque low saturated yellow with white head. Sweet malts, fruityoghurt, peach, tangerines. Medium sweet and mild bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival 2016. Pours almost opaque yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is hoppy apricots and sweet citrusy notes, as well as light malts with biscuits. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops, with resin and zesty, citrusy notes, as well as some malts with biscuits and honey.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is fruity, fresh hops, dried fruits, leafs, grass, moss, hops, light malts, minerals, mango. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, minerals, bark, masses of hops, alcohol, moss, yeast, hay, light malts, hints of medicine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh medical mouthfeel. Fair enough.

On tap at Cardinal Pub Bar, Stavanger. Opaque pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Strong and pleasant aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, pine needles and spruce tips. Medium dry and very refreshing hoppy flavour, citrus fruit dominates, also notes of pine needles and spruce tips, spicy hints. Good bitterness in the finish.
