Anamorphic IPA is a New England IPA brewed with copious amounts of oats and hopped aggressively with Galaxy, Citra and Motueka. We then distorted tradition and fermented this beer solely with a blend of Brettanomyces strains to further the fruity, tropical flavors and provide a subtle background of funk. Holding true to our uncompromising ideals, we brewed this bold and sticky IPA at our brewery in Grimstad and fermented it at our "wild beer" facility just across the river. Keep cold and drink fresh!

On tap at Kick. This doesn’t look good, unless you’re comparing with your breakfast juice. Muddy yellow-orange in colour and with a white head. The aroma is superbly fruity, grapefruit, lime, orange, pine cones and a generic tropical touch, with little malts detected. It’s very dry on the palate, full bodied and nicely carbonated, with mostly citrusy flavors. Grapefruit, orange zest, some pineapple and a touch of peaches. Lots of bitterness too, even though the IBU number is quite low. Finishing this rating half an hour after I poured the last drops of it down my throat I can still feel the dryness and the delicious taste of it. Won’t be surprised if I end up downtown tomorrow night too. 160824
